RETURN POLICY FAQ
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
- Our policy is very simple. Any eligible item can be returned within 30 days of purchase if it is defective/damaged/unused/seal not broken/unopened. Once you raise a request with us on WhatsApp, our team will resolve the issue case-to-case basis. We do not do any exchange. Please ensure that you have evidence (photo or video) to help us quickly process your request.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY REQUEST IS ACCEPTED?
- Once we ascertain that the purchased item falls into a returnable category, pickup will be arranged by us. On receiving the item your amount will be refunded back to you via PayTm or GPay.
WHAT IS RETURNABLE CATEGORY?
- Any item that is unopened, unused, seal not broken, defected or damaged (at the time it was received by customer) comes under this category. Please ensure that you raise a request within 30 days of receiving the item.
REFUND IS DONE IN HOW MANY DAYS?
- 10 – 15 business days
