we’re committed to bringing our premium skincare products right to your doorstep.

Standard Shipping Time:
Our standard shipping time is estimated to be between 5 to 7 working days from the date of
order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location
and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during transit.

Order Processing:
Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process it promptly. Orders received
before 12:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time) on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding
public holidays) are typically processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST or
on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Partners:
We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
While we strive to work with the best logistics providers, please note that SkinStop is not
liable for any delays caused by our shipping partners or any unforeseen circumstances
beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:
SkinStop offers free shipping on all orders above 1500/-, as specified on our website. For
orders below this threshold, a nominal shipping fee may apply. The shipping charges, if
applicable, will be displayed at the checkout page before you proceed with payment.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing
tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery and estimate the
expected arrival date. If you encounter any issues with tracking your order, please don’t
hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.

Delivery Address:
Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
SkinStop will not be held responsible for any delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect
or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners typically make multiple attempts to deliver your order. In case they are
unable to deliver the package on the first attempt, they will usually try again on the
following business days. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful after a certain period, the
package may be returned to SkinStop. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply
for re-delivery.

Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting the package for any signs of damage
or tampering before accepting the delivery. If you notice any discrepancies or concerns
regarding the condition of your order, please contact us immediately for assistance.
